British school of Valladolid is looking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic teacher of SCIENCE and/or MATHS to join our key stage three (KS3) team from September 2023.

The successful applicant will join a committed and collaborative team and will be dedicated to inspiring students of all abilities to achieve the highest possible levels of attainment.

The role is suitable for newly qualified as well as more experienced teachers.

It has a high standard of living, is family-friendly, and boasts highly accessible transport links through the city and easy access to Madrid (just 50 minutes by train) which also enables teachers to live in Madrid while working in Valladolid.

The cost of living is relatively low compared to other Spanish cities and most European countries.

The successful applicant for the teaching post will:

• Have a teaching qualification that is recognised in UK schools (such as a PGCE);
• Have recent experience in a UK school or an overseas school following the British Curriculum;
• Be a fluent English speaker;
• Hold either an EU passport or have the right to live and work in Spain.***
