We are seeking an exceptional Team Leader to oversee our Norwegian team.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspire and lead the team to deliver outstanding service with a focus on quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Active participation in customer support, guiding team members, and providing expert advice when needed.
• Resource management, process improvement, and development of work processes to enhance overall performance.
• Responding to phone inquiries from customers requiring roadside assistance.

Requirements

• Desirable: Leadership experience, educational background in leadership, or equivalent experience.
• Mandatory skills: Fluent spoken and written Norwegian, comfortable with English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with support systems, phone support, and willingness to learn.

• Technically inclined and solution-focused.

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, for all interactions.
