Position:

Keep updated the customer file with the most relevant commercial and administrative information about them.
Coordination with logistics, production, financial and other departments on all the commercial activities.
Order tracking
Quota management (delivery notes, registration of new products, etc)
Reporting, studies and analyses (general budget, sales by geographic area, average rebates and discounts, etc.)
Sell out analysis and report.
Sales, discounts and rebates followup
Customer care
Clients invoicing and payments followup

Profile:

Education:
Degree ADE or Business desired.

Languages:
Fluent
English. Other languages are highly appreciated

Tools:
Excel Advanced, Power point, SAP, editing tools

Skills:
analytical, proactive, organized, dynamic, quick learner, team player.

Experience:
no experience required
