We're fast moving from a B2B to a B2C model - and our newly created Customer Centric Organization (CCO) team is driving that commercial transformation.

Their role is to understand customer conversion journeys in different international markets, then to find the best ways to connect with smokers and convince them to switch to reduced-risk products.

Your 'day to day'

  • Manage the accounting of payments made by direct customers and follow up with customers to ensure there are no nonpayments (Canary Islands and Spain Mainland market).
  • Ensure and track the correct delivery of all customers' invoices in Canary Islands
  • Maintain uptodate reports on customer payment information. Perform ad hoc analysis of customers and their payment behaviour to support other departments.
  • Management of payments in the CI office through petty cash, with the corresponding monthly monitoring and accounting.
  • Perform Back up activities when needed of activities performed in accounting & treasury team.
  • Support other departments in finance related activities or projects.
  • Perform any adhoc finance activity not migrated to IBS.
Who we're looking for

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or other related fields
  • Desirable previous experience in accounting department
  • Spanish native. English level, at least B
  • EU valid work permit.
  • Proactive and detailoriented person looking forward to growing in the finance department
