Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a comprehensive HSE management system that aligns with company objectives and industry best practices.
Support the implementation of the HSE management system at project sites, across the HUBs and the Global Product Groups in partnership with the respective HSE management.
Facilitate the digitalization of HSE processes, leveraging technology to simplify and automatize data management for improved efficiency and quality of operations.
In partnership with the HUB and GPG HSE Managers, provide coaching and guidance to local operating units and site teams on HSE matters, fostering a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
Monitor and analyze HSE performance data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with Operations, SCM, and all other relevant stakeholders to ensure HSE considerations are integrated into project planning and execution.
Conduct regular site visits and audits to assess HSE performance and compliance.
Lead the learning from experience, identifying opportunity for improvement and driving the implementation across the Business Unit.
Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in HSE management, ensuring continuous improvement of the company's HSE performance.

Your background International Master's degree in HSE. At least 10 years of professional experience in HSE, with international exposure Good interpersonal and communication skills Good command of English, both written and spoken Proficiency in MS-Office, Power BI, BIM. A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills. Ability to travel up to 35% of the time
