    Role

    As an Expert Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for working directly with clients and taking ownership of collaborations aimed at creating significant value for our clients.

    • Lead by example and support the teams you work with.
    • Oversee the development of impactful AI solutions and deliver outcomes that meet the clients' needs.
    • Contribute to the development of the structure, content, and direction of the engagement strategy.
    • Foster stakeholder management, including building client care and team leadership.
    • Unlock true business benefits and ROI for our clients by overcoming obstacles.

    You will actively create and continually monitor and measure the delivery of value-based client benefits throughout the engagement (ROI).

    Take responsibility for driving and implementing corrective actions on delivery challenges and make tactical decisions to deliver a value-based solution.

    Be commercially aware and manage the delivery of engagements against project milestones, financial performance, utilization, and performance against internal KPIs.

    Responsibilities

    You will own our clients' relationship, interacting with them to cultivate strong partnerships, pinpoint fresh avenues for value creation, and formulate innovative initiatives aimed at enhancing client value.

    Play a part in fostering a diverse portfolio of clients, developing relationships with key individuals, and assisting in the conceptualization of potential offerings for new clients.

    Start developing a diverse network of external contacts.

    Requirements

    We are looking for:

    • A Data Science, ML, or Computer Science background is required for this position.
    • A solid track record of building strong client relationships with large organizations, as well as identifying opportunities to deepen those relationships and grow the business.
    • Extensive ability to deal with C-Level stakeholders.
    • Fluent in English; French and/or German are a plus.

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • A combination of strong strategic and analytical abilities.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex issues, demonstrating creative thinking.
    • The ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
    • A self-starter mentality, eager to break new ground and create opportunities for others.
    • The ability to deliver formal presentations to management, influencing and convincing them.
