NBCUniversal Global Networks Spain is a division of NBCUniversal Networks International that produces and distributes thematic pay tv channels which currently are Calle 13 & SYFY in Spain, SYFY in Portugal, 13 Ulica & SCI FI in Poland, and DIVA in Romania.

Job Description:

Responsibilities

Work closely with the programming team for 13 Ulica & SCI FI Poland, and DIVA Romania to deliver competitive channels across the Central Eastern Europe (CEE) region
Contribute to developing short to long term planning & editorial strategies
Contribute to producing channel grids that are creative and competitive
Populate the linear planning into the Programming & Acquisitions system (all formats from series to movies) and adjust gaps taking into account accurate media durations
Populate the nonlinear planning and metadata (= On Demand offer) into the Programming & Acquisitions system (all formats from series to movies)
Liaise with the playout team on potential programming changes
Update key programming Excel documents such as Forward Planners, Stunt Planners
Populate new acquisitions into inventories
Assist in gathering market information and analysing data (including competitor's schedules)

Qualifications:

A genuine passion for TV
Excellent organization and time management skills
Great attention to detail
Ability to work in a team as well as autonomously
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of the European Pay TV markets is preferred
Knowledge of Eastern European languages (Polish, Romanian, Serbian) would be greatly beneficial
Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent in English
University Degree in Audiovisual Communication or Library science but not essential. University Diploma or Certificate will be requested.

The studies must have been finished /completed less than 3 years ago.
