We are looking for a highly passionate and motivated team for one of the highlight venues on the island (La Farm) for summer season 2024.


As our Front of House & Experience lead, you will be the first face of La Farm, welcoming and coordinating welcome for our guest and guiding them through the gardens to the restaurant and pre-dinner area.

Introducing them to the La Farm concept and experience.

With your Server team, you're our guest's connection to the culinary experience. An advisor around the experience. A mind-reader. A friendly ear. And sometimes, a compassionate conversationalist.


YOUR JOURNEY ON THE FARM

  • You will get to know, explore, and experience all organic producers we source ingredients from onsite ahead of the opening.
  • You will develop personally and as a team of unique and passionate individuals within continuous coaching and team development.
  • You will represent one of the new gems on the island people will talk about.
  • You will lead our restaurant service team.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO THE TEAM

  • Greeting & welcoming guests as soon as they step out of the car introducing the different areas of La Farm.
  • Maintaining a neat, organized frontofhouse environment.
  • Seat guests and take initial drink orders in busy times supporting the team colleagues from service.
  • Coordinate, support, and steer other Farm teams to maximize guest experience.
  • Answer phones and schedule reservations with large parties.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Previous experience in hospitality.
  • Excellent verbal English communication skills
  • High motivation, passion, and problem solution solving skills

Physical Setting:
Trendy upscale dining restaurant

Work week: 6-7 days

Accommodation option might be available


Salary: 2,500.00€ - 3,000.00€ per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Palma de Mallorca, Illes Balears provincia: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
