Right now, we are looking for a

Finance Integration Analyst in Madrid to join our team at Globant

The role would be part of the finance Integration area and should be able to provide information of all the acquired companies from the signing of it until the end of the earnout period.

Should also be part of the integration of the company to Globant processes and system working on the assessment of the particular need and helping to provide synergies between the finance Globant team and the finance acquired company team.

You will get the chance to:_
Work with professionals who have created some of the most revolutionary solutions in their fields.
Make an impact. Work in largescale projects globally.
Preparation of reports of each company, including automatization of information from several tools and analysis of comparative information. Reviewing the report with the integration focal for each company.
Producing information for the Globant Finance team.
Initial Mapping for all the Financials reporting to Globant structure (Account Mapping).
Preparation of consolidated information in case of group reporting.
Leading process toward automatization of information reported to Globant.
Focal Point for Audit and Sox Globant process.
Uploading information of the acquired company in Globant reporting tool (Inmerge).
Identification of the finance process of the acquired company and matching to Globant process.
Scheduling and leading meetings between Globant finance areas and the acquired company.
Document the progress of the integration from a finance perspective.
Elaboration of cross reports of all the acquired companies.
Checking the accounting standard of the finance process on the acquired company.
