We are now seeking an Area Manager to help us further building the future of food.

You will be based in Berga, Spain and report to the Head of Industry Channel and be part of a great team of people based in our locations across Europe - Finland, UK, Belgium, Sweden, Estonia, Spain.


In this role you will have the opportunity to work for the achievement of sales and profitability targets in assigned key accounts and countries, build relationship, and develop close partnership with the customers and grow our branded market position and always drive towards market and category leadership.


What will you do:
Business planning and follow up

  • Account planning, execution and monitoring.
  • Category sales and margin analysis, terms & conditions.
  • Demand planning in Integrated Business Planning.
Go-to-Market

  • Develop and maintain industry business in key accounts.
  • Maintain and develop assortment mix.
  • Build long term relationships with industrial customers.
  • Resolutive, parallel thinking and problem resolution.
Operational excellence

  • Continuous development of way of working maximize customer experience at optimized costs.
  • Optimize outbound value chain together with supply chain / logistics.
  • Optimize payment terms, minimize risk and payment control.
  • Forecast accuracy, including sales campaigns and assortment changes.

What we expect from you:
Education

  • University degree in business administration or equivalent.
Experience & knowledge

  • Minimum 3 years' experience from KAM or sales manager positions in FMCG
  • Strong account management skills
  • Relationship management skills
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Creative business development
  • Technical skills
  • IT skills (MS Office, CRM, other tools)
Language & communication skills

  • Fluent in local language and English.

Other skills:

  • Team player, inspiring, innovative and result oriented.
