- 5+ experience in Project Management to lead and oversee complex projects across all stages (mandatory)
- Experience in Insurance industry or in in SaaS companies is highly appreciated.
- Skills in expediting and expeditor roles to ensure timely coordination and delivery of tasks
- Proficiency in reporting and quality control checks
- Strong experience working directly with clients and managing ongoing delivery.
- Expertise in optimizing and organizing the seamless flow of operations
- Bilingual proficiency in Italian and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability and experience to coordinate across diverse teams effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related relevant field
- Experience in using project management tools and methodologies is a plus

Job Description:
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Project Manager based in Barcelona. Qbind main customers are located in Italy (Abruzzo area and Milano), but there are also some others around Spain. Eventual trips to customers are expected. The Sr Project Manager will oversee projects planning, time tracking of developers hours, tasks execution, and monitoring and overall status of his/her projects. Communication across Product Owner team and Developers team is crucial for a good performance. Efficient reporting of KPI for C-level members will be coordinated by PM. Proficiency in both Italian and Spanish is an essential requirement for this role.
