Mision
Proficient in traditional graphic design techniques and strong understanding of print media. On one hand, this role collaborates closely with our marketing team in the creation of offline materials.
On the other, plays a key role in developing packaging solutions, having a keen understanding of structural design, materials, and printing processes for all packaging projects and documentation.
Additionally, contributes to the design of retail spaces and crafting engaging retail displays, ensuring a cohesive brand experience across all touch-points.
Requirements
Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
Proven experience as an Offline Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing print design projects.
Proven experience preparing print-ready AAFF files.
Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Knowledge of print production processes and experience working and overseeing printers/vendors.
Creative thinking and a passion for staying updated on emerging design trends and technologies.
Managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.

Duties
Collaboration with marketing team
Conceptualizing and executing creative campaigns that align with business objectives.
Designing offline marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, and promotional materials for b2b and b2c requirements.
Collaboration in the development of MiiN Branding
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in print design.
Developing visually appealing layouts and graphics that adhere to brand guidelines.
Packaging Development
Conceptualize and design innovative packaging solutions that effectively communicate MiiN brand and owned-brands identity, product features while adhering to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Develop detailed packaging mock-ups and prototypes to test functionality, structural integrity, and visual appeal, iterating designs as necessary to optimize performance.
Create comprehensive packaging design specifications, including die-lines, artwork templates, color specifications, and print guidelines, to facilitate seamless production. Keep all the documentation and process well organized. Work closely with suppliers and printers.Manage multiple packaging projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and timelines to meet project milestones and deliver high-quality designs on time and within budget.
Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of existing packaging designs, identifying opportunities for improvement.Stay updated with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in packaging design, attending industry events, workshops, and conferences to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
Retail Design
Develop visually compelling retail materials, including displays, windows, posters, price-tags that effectively communicate the brand message.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives, promotional strategies, and retail environment requirements, ensuring that retail materials align with overall brand and marketing initiatives.
Work closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and installation teams to ensure seamless execution of retail materials, from concept to installation, while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.
Conduct site visits to evaluate retail spaces, identify opportunities for improvementDevelop comprehensive design specifications and installation instructions, to guide production and installation processes.
Develop relationships with printers and suppliers
Contact new suppliers for big developments and also local printers for small projects .Maintain material samples organized and updated in the office.
Compare budgets and work with best quality/price.Build healthy relationships with external partners to assure collaboration long-term. Manage invoices correctly for the finance team and to assure correct payments.
