    ¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?

  • Primary Responsibilities:

    Compliance and reporting
  • Working with local finance teams and external tax advisors to ensure corporate tax compliance requirements are met across a number of countries within UK, Ireland and MEA (Saudi Arabia, UAE, South Africa, Mauritius & Qatar)
  • Preparation and review of year-end and half year reporting information in compliance with IFRS standards
  • Utilization of tax technology including regular use of Oracle Tax Reporting Cloud Overview (TRCS)
  • Monitor and provide support about the fulfilment of formal requirements for withholding taxes
  • Support the Global Transfer Pricing documentation process and legal agreements formalities including the Group Transfer Pricing Senior Manager to ensure Transfer Pricing Recharges are according to the Policy established by Group.
  • Take responsibility for operation and review of tax controls to ensure efficient and accurate tax reporting.
  • Assisting with cash tax and effective tax rate forecasts and estimates.

    Advisory
  • Support Tax Audit requests related to Corporate Tax, be able to deal with external advisors and track the Tax Risks related to Tax Audits, Tax Manager UK, Ireland, MEA
  • Respond to specific tax related questions from Senior Stakeholders related to Corporate Tax, VAT, Transfer Pricing, with support of other members of the Global Tax Team or external advisors where necessary.
  • Assist the Regional Tax Director, Transfer Pricing Senior Manager and Finance with the implementation of the Transfer Pricing Policies including identifying and reporting any TP risks.
  • Support the Global Tax Team with group wide objectives when required ¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

    Primary Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting,
  • Master's Degree in Tax and experience in International Tax.
  • Experience working with Primary (IFRS) and Local GAAPS is a plus.
  • Experience reviewing Tax Accounts, Corporate Tax Returns and in Tax Audits.
  • 6+ years of experience working in a similar role or Big4.
  • Proven strong technical tax knowledge, being a nice-to-have be used to work with Spanish tax legislation and EU Directives application.
  • Experience in working with other countries in multinational environment,
  • Ability to research and analyze international Tax Topics.
  • Ability to provide tax support to different stakeholders such as Finance, Business, Accounting
  • Detail-oriented personal skills, able to prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Problem solving skills and get things done attitude.
  • Efficiency, flexibility and proactiveness.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and reporting skills.
  • Advanced English.
