YOUR IMPACT:


As a Senior SRE, you will have the autonomy to work independently while fostering collaboration with both SRE colleagues and counterparts from product engineering.

The challenges you'll tackle span a diverse problem space, encompassing customers and infrastructure across multiple continents.

Your contributions will extend beyond day-to-day operations, as you actively participate in reshaping the future of our platform and infrastructure.


In this role you'll be expected to:

  • Work closely with the SRE team to design, develop, deploy, and monitor a highly available distributed infrastructure platform.
  • Manage infrastructure through code with Terraform and Ansible.
  • Ensure systems have great observability.
  • Troubleshoot issues and drive incident response for the infrastructure as part of an oncall rotation.
  • Automate everything.

THIS IS YOU:

-
Infrastructure as Code experience is a MUST. Terraform is ideal, declarative approach preferred, other experience valuable.
-
Kubernetes Administration experience is a MUST. Not only from the end users' perspective but knowing the ins and outs of the core components.

  • Either a breadth of expertise across all parts of an SRE team, or a specialty in
    Observability,
    Networking, distributed systems, or
    High Availability.
  • Experience
    designing, analyzing, and resilient, highly available distributed systems.
  • Excellent
    English communication skills. You can naturally work with people from different backgrounds, both technical and nontechnical. You are comfortable defending your ideas and challenging others. People enjoy working and debating with you.
  • Working with a
    remote team is not new to you but just regular business.
