    Your responsibilities Leads the development and implementation of BU Quality Training program complied with the applicable standards, regulations, and aligned with internal requirements

    Collaborate with Quality Managers, cross-functional teams, and leadership to ensure consistent adoption and adherence to the QMS processes across all units.

    Provides training and support to site Quality Managers and their teams to ensure a thorough understanding and consistent application of QMS policies and procedures
    Foster a culture of quality consciousness and accountability by effectively communicating QMS updates and best practices throughout their area of responsibility
    BU Quality Training & Competency Leader are responsible to deploy a training and development framework, across the Business Unit
    Responsible for process definition with its acceptance criteria and provide relevant trainings and instructions to the Operating Unit team about the processes
    Assists in the maintenance of quality management systems, including the development and updating of procedures, work instructions, and quality documentation
    Contributes to the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies to minimize process-related risks.

    Be involved in business routines to understand the process and be able to suggest improvements to reduce costs, reduce lead time, improve quality, etc.

    Assures that the people are trained and understands the requirements coming from relevant industry guidelines, customer and legal requirements normative and internal requirements.

    Utilize cross-functional teams to continuously improve training curriculum, and training material. Supports a culture of Knowledge and Best Practice sharing, encouraging teams to exchange insights and innovative approaches, to improve overall quality
    Your background Engineering degree or similar Strong background in Power Products and/or Power generation industry At least 5-8 years of work experience in training program design, learning and development and/or operations/quality leadership with a proven record in training and employee development Attention to detail whilst also retaining a view of the bigger picture Experience working with Execs, Senior Managers, Team Leaders + Advisors ISO certification and Auditing Affinity to Lean Six Sigma Strong in written and spoken English
