Main Duties:

  • Knowledge of the Meetings & Events sector and the operation of different Events.
  • Negotiation with suppliers and venues
  • Dealing directly with clients when necessary. Commercial management of the account.
  • Basic knowledge of signage, A/V, scenography,.....
  • A very high level of English is essential as you will be dealing with suppliers and clients from all over Europe.
  • You will have to coordinate with your colleagues in the Communication team as well as with the rest of the teams and Account Managers of the company.
  • Great ability to coordinate teams
  • Willingness to cover operations and to travel when projects require it.
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to work in the production of events.
  • Search for new suppliers and interest in new technologies and developments in the sector.
  • Good communicator
  • Organisational skills
  • Preparation of budgets and monitoring of budgets, assembly schedules, retrotiming,.....
