We're looking for a talented Office Manager to join our Office Management department.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage complex and shifting calendars, arrange for meetings and travel
  • Provide personal administrative and logistic support to C-Level members
  • Handle confidential information and communications tactfully, with efficiency and attention to details
  • Collaborate in the planning and organisation of company internal small events and onsite meetings
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the office (correspondence, courier shipments, suppliers)
  • Administrative/logistic support across the organisation crossdepartments (e.g. HR, Events, Legal)
  • Coordinate office activities, ordering supplies and keep a stock inventory (i.e. stationery, office furniture, gadgets)
  • Managing the local company car fleet allocation (collection, contact with brokers, etc)
  • Primary contact with company suppliers and office maintenance
  • Support Office Management department cross countries

Requirements:


Requirements:


  • Proficient in English and Spanish
  • French and Italian are not required, but a plus
  • At least 2 years of working experience supporting at the senior executive level
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience multitasking with the ability to handle changing priorities in a fastpaced entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential material
  • Exceptional planning and organisational skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills at all levels of the organisation internally and externally
  • Positive relationship management skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse set of partners
  • Team player; quick thinker and solution oriented
