Purpose of the role
We are looking for a Payroll Partner with a strong agile and analytics mindset to support our People Experience Team

This position will play an instrumental role in guaranteeing our internal and external payroll processes and coordinate payroll operations services for our
Barcelona, London, Paris and Swiss offices.

What will you do?

You'll be the face of Proton People and Culture team for our
Barcelona, London, Paris and Swiss offices Managing the onboarding of our new team members, and providing HR operations, payroll and advisory service to our staff, ensuring they're set up for success.
Work in collaboration with our global payroll vendor to ensure that our global teams and authorities are paid accurately and on time every month, minimizing "point of failure" risks.
Operate with a mindset of continuous performance improvement to streamline and automate operations and payroll processes as opportunities arise, building a vision for the future.
Maintain collaboration with our external HR providers (payroll, insurances etc.)
Work alongside our other international colleagues in People Experience Team to ensure flawless HR execution of operational and administrative activities, such as international employment offers, update in our knowledge base, maintenance of data and process continuous improvement of our HRIS.

Job requirements

3+ years of experience in endtoend HR operations and payroll, ideally in fastpaced tech environments
At ease with a multicountry scope of responsibility
At ease with numbers, statistics, excellent analytical skills, and, important for the role, detailoriented
Probably not a surprise: A proven experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, Ifs at minimum, VBA is a plus).
Willingness to learn, roll up your sleeves, raise your hand, help to deliver and strive for excellence
Highly energized, can work independently and challenge self while also collaborate with others with good interpersonal skills
A strong sense of confidentiality
Knowledge of Papaya of HiBob systems is a plus.
Excellent communications and presentation skills in both
French and English
