From MC Headhunting we are looking for a Senior HRBP/ People Manager for an important startup in the digital/retail sector.


Functions:

  • Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Collaborate with leadership and other teams to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
  • To know the current HR trends.
  • Manage the professional development of the team.
  • Manage employee issues.
  • Manage and develop the HR team.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop programs to improve the skills and knowledge of the team.
  • Fostering a good working environment and a positive culture.

Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Demonstrable experience as a people manager or senior HRBP
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to foster good work climate.
  • Conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Experience in dynamic environments.
  • Understanding of HR related legal requirements.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
  • Knowledge of HR policies
  • Excellent communication skills.
