    INGENIERO/A DE PROYECTOS

    Mission of the Position

    Reporting to the Projects leader, your main mission will be to coordinate, develop, and execute installation and equipment projects, providing the best technical solution in terms of functionality, cost, and timing to meet factory needs. You will contribute to Engineering and Factory goals by ensuring the application of quality policies, Engineering guidelines, and legal regulations in projects, installations, and equipment.

    Location: GSK Aranda de Duero Production Center, Burgos

    Main Responsibilities

    • Develop, coordinate, and execute assigned projects within the Engineering Department by overseeing all project phases: PIP, URS, managing offers, negotiating with suppliers, FAT testing, installation, equipment validation, and commissioning, meeting applicable EHS and Quality requirements, as well as agreed-upon timing and costs
    • Coordinate and collaborate with the rest of the Engineering Department, user departments, and other factory areas to achieve project objectives
    • Follow the company's project methodology by complying with quality policies in equipment and installations, ensuring GMPs, GQPs, GES, Group Guidelines, and applicable regulations are met
    • Keep abreast of technology advancements in the market and sector to achieve optimal technological innovation levels. Participate in defining specifications and manage vendor communications (bids, milestone tracking, performance, technical support, etc.). Participate in project and/or installation qualifications and services
    • Apply the GPS methodology in all activities and projects, contributing to achieving the required maturity level. Monitor department KPIs
    • Devise, implement, and ensure the development and implementation of local and global initiatives within the Engineering Department

    Job Requirements

    • University Degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial, specializing in automation or electronics), with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related field, managing projects
    • High-level English proficiency, both oral and written: Upper Intermediate (B2) - Advanced (C1)
    • Knowledge of project management (planning, costs, investments, resources...)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Project/Primavera
    • Knowledge of automation, digitization, and digital data handling

    Desirable

    • Knowledge of Facilities, Equipment, and/or Services Engineering
    • Communication and negotiation skills
    • Experience in Maintenance, Production, or other Technical areas is a plus
