As our Digital Marketing Assistant, you'll be a vital asset to our marketing team, driving millions of visitors and delivering thousands of leads to our estate agent clients.

We seek a reliable, detail-oriented marketing and business enthusiast with advanced or native English skills. Strong communication, organisation, attention to detail, commitment to quality work, numerical acumen and a passion for marketing are essential.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support exciting projects and dynamic daytoday operations in our experienced Marketing department.
• Create captivating mailshots and newsletters for our target audience on a weekly basis.
• Generate and update marketing reports to track campaign effectiveness and drive results.
• Conduct thorough competitor analysis to stay ahead in a rapidly changing landscape.
• Optimize and expand Paid Search Campaigns for maximum impact and improved performance.
• Perform keyword research, planning, grouping, and maintenance to drive successful SEO campaigns.
• Run and evaluate polls and surveys to gather valuable insights and inform strategies.
• Enhance user experience through usability checks of our property portal.
• Assist in beta testing of innovative features to shape the future of our products.
• Improve data quality for new property listings across various marketing channels.
• Collaborate on crafting tomorrow's Social Media posts, assist in generating fresh content ideas and designs.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Advanced or native level in English, with fluency in Spanish or another Northern or Western European language.
• A degree in (Digital) Marketing, Communication or similar education.
• Understanding of basic concepts of

Online Marketing:
SEO, SEA, PPC, Analytics, E-Mail, Content and more.

• Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite: You should know some Excel formulas and how to create charts.
