We are currently looking for a Studio Manager/Creative resources Manager to join our team based in Barcelona who supports a wide array of local and international clients with their marketing challenges.

As a Studio Manager/CRM you will organise several project assuring that all the requirements (technical and creative) are adhered to, are on budget, and on time, whilst also keeping the client in the loop.


Responsibilities:

- manage time and (re)allocate team tasks to ensure no-one is working at over capacity
- ensure that creative projects are briefed clearly and work is evenly distributed to appropiate team members

  • Act as the key coordinator betwen the creative team and those briefing projects, ensuring that expectations can be managed an met appropriately regarding budgets, deadlines (and the creative direction of a project)
  • Provents creative bottlenecks by monitoring the progress and objectives of projects to ensure everyone is ontrack
  • Adapt to changes in project scope or schedule around changes in creative 's schedules
  • Lead team metings in projects progress or checkin with the team for daily stands (when needed)
  • Coordinate feedback and approval processes to ensure everyone is satisfied prior to the sign off of a project.
  • Maintain excellent communication with clients from start to finish
  • Understand and interpret the client ́s initial brief
  • Organise the whole post production process in order to prepare the final video footage for delivery. This may include estimating timelines, scheduling work and creating quotes for the different projects
  • Brief projects to the Production team (i.e. Makers)
  • Oversee the workflow of the Design team and ensure deadlines are met
  • QC (quality check) all work once it ́s finished to ensure it matches the original brief and/or the client ́s request
  • Troubleshoot problems as they arise and offer solutions

Requirements:


  • Previous experience as a Studio manager in a creative agency ideally within the lifestyle & fashion sector
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to oversee multiple processes
  • Strong visual skills with the ability to recognize the company's style and brand
  • Strong visual storytelling skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem solving skills and detail oriented
  • Independent and selfmotivated.

Languages:


  • Spanish (mandatory)
  • English (highly recommended)
  • Catalan (highly recommended).
