ESIA Reports and technical documents review and creation is required.

Activités
- ? During development stage and pre-construction stage:

o Assist the HSE Manager and TERIb Developer ́s Dept. to make sure the projects meets TotalEnergies expectation in regards to
Environmental and social impact

o Review and analysis of ESIA reports provided by third party entities to make sure Legal and TERIb standards are met.

o Screening of potential contractors for Environmental compensatory measures implementation.
oPrepare internal documents for HSE assessment prior to final investment decision.
o Assist the HSE Manager in documentation review to make sure contractors are in compliance with Environmental regulation.
o Evaluate contractors ́ capability in order to perform pre-construction works.
o Continuous follow up of contractor ́s and sub-tiers adherence to TE and local regulation standards

During construction stage:

o Support the respective project teams in the overall compliance of Environmental requirements by the Company and contractors. Site
visits as needed.
o Act as main point of coordination for all Environmental matters between the contractors and the TotalEnergies project teams;
o Conduct field supervisions to guarantee the correct implementation of compensatory measures dictated by the project-specific
Declaración de Impacto Ambiental.
o Correct Environmental issues and open NCR and FON reports as needed.

Final Project steps:

o Conduct field inspection to make sure the correct implementation of Compensatory measures are in place.
o Coordination with Local Environmental Agencies for permitting related issues.

Central Services:

o Assist the HSE Manager and other TERIb departments to integrate the Environmental and Social standards within the Company portfolio.

o Improve Total's tool for CO2 saving calculator regarding PV solar projects.
Manage regular environmental data reporting and annual societal reporting

Contexte et environnement

TotalEnergies Renewables Ibérica develops, builds and operates solar projects all over the world, either with full ownership or with partners in JVs.

The position is located in Iberia headquarters (Madrid, Spain) and it requires of regular travel to company project sites.
The HSE Manager interacts with all the functions of the TotalEnergies Renewables Ibérica business unit worldwide and with contractors and partner companies
