    Job Description

    In support of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative to work from our location in Barcelona.

    The Sales Development Representative (SDR) position is responsible for identifying, qualifying, contacting and developing sales prospects for our MES/ERP software.

    The SDR will attempt contact with prospects utilizing multiple prospecting channels including our Salesforce Customer Relationship Management tool, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outbound lists, etc.

    The SDR position requires both phone and email contact with mid-management and C-level executives at appropriate manufacturing companies.

    Essential Functions:
    Initiate communication with prospects by telephone and e-mailGenerate and qualify new leadsGather data regarding markets and industries, utilizing best technology and information resourcesBuild and maintain prospect relationshipsOvercome technical and business objections of prospective customersPrepare reports from the CRM system and other software systemsWork as a team with members of the Sales Development department and the Sales and Marketing groupsUtilize Sales Navigator on LinkedIn to identify and contact multiple prospects within a companyMake a minimum of 45 calls per day to prospects utilizing internal Groove software for all callsAchieve preset quota for number of qualified leads sent to field monthlyAdd new prospects weekly using ZoomInfo and LinkedIn that are not in CRMRecord all contacts made via email, phone in, tradeshows, etc in CRM

    Basic Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experienceEnglish and French at least at level of full proficiencyLegal authorization to work in the Spain is required: we will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, not now or in the future, for this job opening

    Preferred Qualifications:
    Must be a self-motivated team player who embraces personal and professional responsibilityProficient with Microsoft Office Professional (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)


    Proficient with sales tracking/SalesForce CRM softwareExcellent time management skillsSound understanding of business functionsStrong command and comprehension of the French and English language.

    Spanish or Italian language command is a big plus.
