    General Manager - Food & Beverage

    We are seeking a commercially driven, hands-on leader to take the reins as our General Manager. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is energized by building and shaping something from the ground up.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive commercial performance and financial results through effective budgeting, reporting, and cost control.
    • Oversee P&L across all sites, focusing on revenue growth, profitability targets, and operational efficiency.
    • Evolving processes in HR, logistics, and restaurant operations to ensure compliance with food safety standards quality controls labour law regulations,
