- What you'll be doing:
- Enterprise Architects play a pivotal role in developing a comprehensive enterprise architecture model that aligns with established corporate objectives. SAP has strategically decided to make significant investments in an SAP Enterprise Architecture Advisory Team.
- Primarily, the Enterprise Architects will steer key SAP clients in the NA region through their SAP transformation journey, especially those embarking on a RISE with SAP transition.
- Our methodology begins with understanding their existing Enterprise Architecture (leveraging tools like LeanIX or SAP Signavio) and then guiding them towards an aspirational target architecture state. This optimal target architecture harmonizes their strategy and required business capabilities with SAP's solutions, adhering to a Clean Core supported by SAP's Business Technology Platform.
- To bolster this approach, we utilize reliable and established Enterprise Architecture methodologies and frameworks. Through our approach, we assist SAP's clients in achieving their strategic objectives by enhancing their business transformation using our insights on Enterprise Architecture and SAP's target architecture. This fosters innovation and the uptake of new business models and technologies, ultimately driving greater acceptance and utilization of SAP's solution portfolio.
- If you possess a profound understanding of Enterprise Architecture and can guide organizations towards strategic business transformation, join us in shaping the future for our key clients.
- At least 15 years of experience in a customer-focused role (e.g., Program Manager, Architect).
- Extensive experience as an Enterprise Architect.
- Demonstrated track record in delivering Enterprise Business Transformation through application delivery.
- Experience in end-to-end architectural design for hybrid solution landscapes.
- Thorough knowledge of SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework and Toolset, SAP Integration Advisory Methodology, SAP Extensibility Advisory Methodology, SAP Clean Core principles, as well as proficiency in using SAP LeanIX & Signavio for documenting Enterprise Architectures & Business Processes.
- Industry-specific expertise in at least two of the following sectors: Consumer Goods, Retail, Discrete Manufacturing, Process & Life Science Industries, Utilities, Oil and Gas, Professional Services, Public Sector, etc.
- Professional training & certification (e.g., SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework featured by LeanIX EAM, SAP Certified Professional-Enterprise Architect [P_SAPEA_2023], TOGAF) is a plus.
- Knowledge or experience with S/4HANA Application and/or SAP S/4HANA functionality would be advantageous.
- Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills at a senior management level, both within an IT team and across business functions.
