Job Description Role Overview and Key Responsabilities**:

Lead the development and optimization of advanced biochemical and physical production processes for high-quality, nutrient-rich biofertilizers.
Stay at the forefront of industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices in agriculture, fertilisers, and biotechnology.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to strategies for market penetration and product positioning.
Participate in industry conferences, workshops, and events to showcase the company's expertise and expand professional networks.

Qualifications Qualifications**-
Academic Training: Advanced degree (Ph.
D. preferred) in a relevant discipline such as Biochemistry, Agriculture, or Biotechnology.

Coneixements: A specific Knowledge in bio and chemical fertilizer development, agricultural research, or related fields.

Languages: fluent English and Spanish.

Professional Experience:
Proven leadership experience with a track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams.
