    • Requirements Analysis and Technical Solutions:

    • Conduct detailed analysis of client requirements to understand their core needs.

    • Propose suitable and customized technical solutions that meet these
    requirements.

    • Technology Evaluation and Integration: Research, evaluate, and integrate new
    technologies, frameworks, libraries, and tools, especially open-source ones, to
    continuously enhance our projects.

    • Comprehensive Application Development: Code scalable, flexible, and user-friendly
    applications, covering all technologies from frontend to backend.

    • High-Performance Services and APIs: Develop secure and high-performance services
    and APIs, optimizing efficiency and ensuring quick response times.

    • Business Logic and Database Design:

    • Develop .NET-based business logic components, ensuring efficient database
    interactions.

    • Participate in database design to ensure efficient and scalable data structures


    • Code Maintenance and Quality: Maintain and ensure code quality by applying best
    development practices and coding standards.

    • Innovation and Productivity Enhancement: Innovate and develop solutions that
    increase client productivity and enhance the capabilities of existing software
    applications.

    • Technical Support and Relationship Building: Provide effective technical support to
    sales and delivery teams, and build strong, constructive relationships with clients.

    • Effective Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the delivery team to
    provide clear and professional responses to all client inquiries.

    • Global Contribution: Actively participate in global expert groups, sharing expertise and
    contributing to the advancement of collective knowledge.

    Qualifications

    ● 2 or more years of software development experience.
    ● Experience in developing stored procedures.
    ● Experience in designing and building multithreaded distributed systems.
    ● Strong knowledge and working experience with C#.Net, SQL Server, MS Access, and Web
    Services as key technologies.
    ● Knowledge and experience in C\C++, JavaScript, Ajax, Angular, and Oracle will be
    appreciated.
    ● Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and designing for performance,
    scalability, and availability.
    ● Ability to identify, handle, or escalate critical client concerns.
    ● Software administration skills.
    ● Advanced MS Excel skills.
    ● Strong communication skills (English).
    ● Ability to share knowledge and experience with others.
    ● Reliability and commitment in project and support.
    ● IT technical background.
