The Demonstration Analyst's major responsibility is to supervise the creation, implementation, and maintenance of demonstration environments and strategies. T

You will be responsible for assessing the effect and planning of the demonstration environment in collaboration with domain specialists, product management, product marketing, and other key stakeholders

Tasks

  • Manage the development, deployment and maintenance of the demo environment(s).
  • Managing feedback to determine if corrections are needed or new features need to be added. Develop and deploy Product Demonstration Scripts
  • Communicate issues identified by sales to development, maintain an issue log to monitor resolution and validate the provided fixes.
  • Enrich and maintain the demo site with new communications, documents and relevant videos.
  • This position is anticipated to work autonomously depending on project assignments.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Math, Engineering, or equivalent discipline required
  • 4+ years of experience in Implementation/Service/Pre-Sales or other technical roles related with the job description
  • Multilingual Capability (English C1) + any other European language
  • Experience working with HR Information Systems / CRM Systems will be a massive advantage.
  • Ability to understand Client business requirements and recommend the appropriate solution whilst being aware of technical constraints.
  • Demonstrate an indepth knowledge of the product range features, technical limitations and business benefits.
  • Prior experience working in an agile environment and with technologies such as Jira is a plus.
  • Experience working in SQL will be an added advantage.
