Role Purpose
The Area Sales Manager, Southern Spain is responsible for developing, achieving, and managing regional business targets and strategy. The Area Sales Manager will develop and maintain effective customer care relationships.

Build strong relationships and collaborate with other region team members and Cynosure resources to meet the needs of the customer.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key thought leaders in their region and keep abreast of and leverage trends in the marketplace to meet regional business objectives.

This role can be based in Seville or Malaga.
Role Responsibilities


Strategy:


  • Monitoring competitor activity and competitors' products; anticipating potential negative and positive impacts on the business and adapting strategy accordingly.
  • Identify key opportunities and risks in the territory
  • Develop deep understanding of territory to maximize sales opportunities
  • Developing new customer acquisition strategies
  • Keeping up to date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company, and incorporating in customer pitch and material
  • Ensure efficient work plans, including clinical, marketing and sales teams.
  • Develop territory business plan and update quarterly

Operations:

Drives Sales and Regional Business Performance:


  • Develops and executes against strategic regional business plans to assure sustainable and profitable business results.
  • Is self-directed to meet and exceed business objectives.
  • Solves the business need of customer not just the sales of the product.
  • Collaborates with other Cynosure team members and other Cynosure resources to achieve desired customer outcomes.
  • Engage customers with high quality sales material to educate and sell.
  • Proactively staying informed on new product information through company meetings, technical data presentation/ briefings and training
  • Reporting
  • Provide reports on activities as requested by management
  • Utilization of CRM as required
  • Ensure DSM/CS are kept well informed of business goals
  • Regular communication to ensure a productive team environment
  • Ensure SalesForce CRM tool is kept up to date.
  • Roll up accurate account level forecast weekly
