- Kwaliteitscontrole van binnenkomende grondstoffen, halffabricaten tot eindproducten;
- Uitvoeren van interne kwaliteit analyses;
- Monster voorbereiding voor externe laboratorium analyses;
- Data verwerking en interpreteren van de interne en externe analyse rapporten;
- Product vrijgave/ blokkering op basis van kwaliteit analyses;
- Registreren van diverse kwaliteit gerelateerde documenten zoals interne en externe klachten, maar ook afgekeurde producten;
- Dagdagelijkse kwaliteitscontrole en borging van het voorgeschreven productie proces, afvul proces, verpakkingen en labels;
- Gevallen van non-conformiteit analyseren, corrigerende acties bepalen en aanbevelen;
- Ondersteunen bij het beheer van product- en recept specificaties;
- Kalibreren en onderhouden van laboratorium apparatuur;
- Kwaliteit gerichte feedback geven aan de interne afdeling of de externe leverancier.
- Minimaal een afgeronde MBO opleiding in de richting van chemie;
- Relevante chemische werkervaring op vlak van kwaliteitscontrole en kwaliteitsgarantie;
- Kan zowel zelfstandig functioneren als onderdeel uitmaken van een team.
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift, basiskennis van de Engelse taal is gewenst.
- Nauwkeurig, planmatig en analytisch;

Als Quality Control Officer houd jij je bezig met alle processen op vlak van kwaliteitscontrole en borging. Een gepassioneerde klant voorzien in kwalitatieve groei- en bloeioplossingen, dat is wat jou motiveert.
Je bewaakt in hoofdzaak de kwaliteitsstandaard van Bertels. Je legt alle resultaten en bevindingen vast en rapporteert afwijkende kwaliteit-gerelateerde zaken. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een divers takenpakket dat zich richt op het waarborgen van productkwaliteit en naleving van normen. Je hebt een scherp oog voor kwaliteit en bent klantgericht. Je bent klaar voor een nieuwe uitdaging waarbij geen dag hetzelfde is.
Bertels is een toonaangevend bedrijf dat een breed scala aan substraten, basisvoedingen en additieven produceert voor verschillende kweeksectoren. Als internationale speler binnen de markt staat het leveren van hoogwaardige kwaliteitsproducten centraal. De afdeling R&D is een belangrijke afdeling voor onze organisatie. Je komt te werken in een team van 10 personen waarbij ieder zijn eigen specialisatie heeft (Quality Control & Assurance, Product Development, Plant Research en Regulatory Affairs). Je krijgt leiding van de teamleider R&D. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met andere afdelingen, zoals supply chain, sales en marketing.
