    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at one of Nairobi's premier 5-star boutique hotels. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the hotel's day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining high standards of excellence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and engineering aspects of the hotel's operations.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and drive revenue.
    • Oversee the hotel's budget and ensure costs are controlled.
    • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of hotel staff.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant licensing, laws, and regulations.
    • Represent the hotel at industry events and networking functions.

    Qualifications:

    • At least 5 years of experience in a hotel leadership or management role.
    • Advanced Diploma or Degree in hospitality or a related field.
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Possession of passion for providing exceptional guest service.
    • Language skills apart from English are an added advantage.
    • International experience is an added advantage.
    • Knowledge of the Opera PMS and Micros FB module are an added advantage.
