    Tus tareas

    Multinacional sector distribución con puntos de venta establecidos a nivel nacional, precisa incorporar un/a Security Manager, con el objetivo de implementar las políticas y procedimientos en materia de Seguridad para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento y operativa en los distintos puntos de venta a nivel nacional.

    Funciones:

  • Reporting y control de KPI's anuales en materia de Seguridad.
  • Valoración de riesgos y propuesta de acciones correctivas, velando por el obligado cumplimiento de la Ley.
  • Coordinar el trabajo operativo tanto de equipos externos como internos, así como promover la buena relación con agencias de Fuerza y Seguridad del Estado.
  • Elaboración y seguimiento del Budget y Forecast anual.
  • Se encargará de supervisar y coordinar los protocolos y procedimientos de seguridad en toda la empresa, garantizando la integridad de todos los centros de trabajo.
  • Elaborar Protocolos y Procedimientos en materia de Seguridad.
  • Velar por la seguridad del personal y los activos de la empresa.
  • Asegurar el obligado cumplimiento de la Normativa Seguridad.
  • Análisis de riesgos y elaboración de planes de acción a corto, medio y largo plazo.
  • Delegar y repartir tareas dentro del área.
  • Formación del personal tanto interno como externo.

    • Tu perfil

  • Grado en Seguridad Privada o Formación Académica Militar o Policial.
  • Inglés alto a nivel conversacional y vocabulario técnico del área.
  • Experiencia mínima de 4 años en materia de Coordinación de Seguridad en gestión de equipos.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar (50% del tiempo).
