We're fast moving from a B2B to a B2C model - and our newly created Customer Centric Organization (CCO) team is driving that commercial transformation.

Their role is to understand customer conversion journeys in different international markets, then to find the best ways to connect with smokers and convince them to switch to reduced-risk products.

Main Resposabilities

As a Logistics and Track & Trace Executive you will

  • Collaborate in the design of the distribution plan for new sales channels, in coordination with all areas involved, to guarantee optimal logistics flows, that maximize customer service level while maintaining efficiencies in costs and responding to all the needs of the different business areas (own stores, key accounts, partners and resellers, ecommerce and digital, etc.)
  • Participate in the definition and follow up of KPI that ensure an optimal management of the service level and logistics process in the different sales channels
  • Perform and coordinate transportation, warehousing and distribution activities with LSP, suppliers, retail stores and customers, starting from the creation of the orders until the reception of the goods, including reverse logistics and issues resolution, in order to guarantee an optimal stock management and proper movements of goods in the system
  • Actively collaborate in the continuous improvement and analysis of the logistics flows and distribution processes of the commercial operations, reduce inefficiencies in the service and reduce costs and delivery timing
  • Identify and communicate deviations from the stock levels defined and critical situations, in order to make decisions and prioritize the availability of product, with the objective of avoiding or minimizing the impact to the customer and also to control overstock of products to prevent obsolescence of goods
  • Monitoring and follow up of PM Spain compliance with traceability obligations according to the European Tobacco Products Directive (TPD)

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineer, Business or Economics or similar.
  • Excellent Spanish and English level, at least C
  • Experience in traceability and systems.
  • Advanced level of Excel.
  • Knowledge of LEAN methodology in Logistics is a plus.
  • Experience in B2C and Retail logistics is a plus.
  • Good communication and internal and external customer management skills.
  • Proactivity, teamwork and results orientation.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • High adaptability to change.
  • EU valid work permit.
