Job Description:

As Coordinator, Carrier Management, you will be responsible for specific centralized tasks to support the European Carrier Management Team. Main activity will be back office support in terms of Logistics suppliers, reporting, invoicing, performance follow up and Tenders.

Some of the accountabilities of this role are:
Carrier Management Team Support on administrative tasks - back office such as:

  • Vendors creation & modification process in all systems, Logistics vendors support, Tenders Management & support
  • Maintenance of data in TMS. Standardization and clean up.
  • Internal administrative tasks and processes. Documentation.
  • Reporting
Contribute to identify Cost savings in Transportation and efficiencies in Supply Chain.

Identify improvement opportunities

Propose efficiencies and eliminate waste in processes.

Solve technical issues. Sharing knowledge within the team.

What we look for

  • University degree; Desirable: Logistics related degree.
  • Logistics experience
  • Experience dealing with Customers
  • Analysis & Reporting skills
  • Proactive and decisive person.
  • Willing to work in multicultural environment
  • Skills on Organisation
  • High Excel skills macros

Languages:
English and Spanish fluency

Desired:
It is very favourable a third language.

Degree and equivalent

Preferred Level of Work Experience

  • 3 years
