Purpose and objectives

The role belongs to the Office of the General Manager, as a small team working directly with the Southern Europe & Francophone Africa SVP and General Manager and the Regional Leadership Team.

The office is driving the agenda, preparing his meetings, internally within the organization as well as with external parties, and making sure that the General Manager's daily management activities are well organized and efficient.

Providing accurate information and analytics about the operations.

In this position, the person will specifically be in charge of structuring and coordinating analytics and reporting, developing if needed the tools to get up date information about the different programs executed.

He/She will be also supporting the operations team, securing the right information to have the right decisions about strategy and tactics in the geography.

What you'll do
In this role, the student will regularly take part in strategic meetings and presentations that will allow him/her to develop a thorough understanding of the industry and of how the business is conducted at SAP

He/she will also gain exposure to various global and regional leaders and will develop a highly valuable international experience & networking

Education and qualifications / skills and competencies

Student in Applied Mathematics

Fluent English

Cambridge Advance Required and Spanish mother tongue mandatory, additional French or German would be a strong plus
Code development is needed: MSFT Office, Javascript, Python,
Structure and attention to detail
Effective problemsolving skills
Good communication skills verbal and written
Project management skills would be welcome
Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information.
Sufficient level of maturity and selfconfidence in order to interact with highlevel executives, inside and outside the company.
