Mission and responsibilities:


We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the new customer Onboarding team, specialising in customer journey developments and help us build the best digital retail banking experience in the world.


Your mission is to optimize new customer acquisition:
help drive the development, adaptation and continuous improvement of the onboarding customer journeys to improve critical KPIs.

You will be relentless in looking for ways to reduce friction in the funnel and provide the greatest customer experience possible.

You will work alongside other business analysts and report directly to the business product owner.

Your main tasks will include defining detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes and customer journeys, and performing user acceptance testing as well as managing the fulfillment of business objectives through oversight of data analysis, alerts, incidence management, coordination with departments, implementation of process/design improvements, etc.


To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to translate difficult concepts to non-technical users as well as be able to manage a diverse amount of tasks at the same time to tight time-frames.

The main responsibilities of this position will be the following:


  • Evaluating customer journeys and business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
  • Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
  • Data analysis, monitoring dashboards, developing insights and conclusions as inputs to new developments and improvements.
  • Staying uptodate on the latest fintech and IT advancements to modernize our digital channels.
  • Conducting meetings and presentations to trace projects evolution.
  • Performing requirements analysis.
  • Effectively communicating your insights and plans to crossfunctional team members.
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
  • Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Performing user acceptance testing.
  • Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
  • Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
  • Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
  • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Monitoring of KPIs and alerts as well as management of incidents of ongoing processes.

What are we looking for in this position?

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- +1-3 years of experience

  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Proactivity in searching for alternatives and solutions; independence to work responsibly without supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work and interact with a variety of people from diverse departments and skill sets.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Data management/advanced use of Excel desirable.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • Experience using digital collaborative tools desirable (Service Now, Jira, Confluence )
  • Fluent in English. German would be a plus.
  • Passion for digital transformation and shaping the User Experience.
