Responsibilities

• Leading the planning and execution of scientific and clinical events, including podium strategies aligned with Mediterranean business goals.
• Oversee field support activities, act as the escalation point for complex clinical and technical matters, and ensure alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identifying, planning, delivering, and tracking training and educational programs for internal staff and external stakeholders to ensure high standards of clinical competence and product knowledge.
• Assessing research needs and leading the implementation of a research project portfolio in collaboration with partner clinics, KOLs, and the EMEA Clinical Studies team, fostering long-term loyalty and driving sustainable growth.
• Supporting the implementation of Cochlear's Customer Experience strategy across clinical/technical touchpoints, ensuring high-quality service delivery and alignment with Cochlear's brand promise.
