SaaS**My client is a growing software implementation and consulting company and they are a key partner of a leading AIdriven HR software vendor with $400M in funding and support for their rapid growth.

They are looking for a Senior Functional Consultant/HR Solution Implementation Consultant to join their great team in Barcelona.

They are a fun and dynamic company with great culture, strong leadership from SAP and on course to the next big thing.

It's a really exciting role as they're in a growth mode so a lot of opportunities to learn and lots of exciting and interesting projects ahead.

You will be involved in driving discovery and design sessions with the customer's Human Resources team to understand their needs and act as a functional consultant in HR implementation projects focused on Talent Modules.

Requirements:

- minimum 5 years of experience working as a technology implementation consultant with +3 customers go-live under your belt

Experience assisting in the implementation of HRIS, Talent Management, or ATS solutions.
Understanding of HR Processes and HR Data Management in a large company
Fluent English

They are paying up to 75,000 EUR + 10% bonus+ great benefits.

They have a beautiful office in Barcelona and you can also work from home 3 times a week.
