Accounting Administrative

Description:


As an Accounting Admin, based in our Barcelona office you will be employed by our legal entity
Tokio Marine Europe S.A.

Sucursal en España that trades under the Tokio Marine HCC name. You will directly report to the FinoOps Project Manager.

TMHCC ́s Finance Department ́s mission is to cover the sign off of all financial and management accounts, long-term business planning and the on-going development of the finance teams systems and processes.

We are looking for an efficient, flexible, and hard-working Accounting Admin to join our Finance team.


Responsibilities:


  • Invoicing: issue, review and send the invoices/statements to the brokers/clients.
  • Managing the FinOps Spain and Italy mailbox: Attend queries and keep correspondence with underwriters, brokers, and clients.
  • Process BDX collections.
  • Keep general accounting filing up to date.
  • Assist with monthly close
  • Assist the team in the preparation of Internal and External Audits
  • Assist collections and payments.
  • Assist in any other task required by the accounting department.

Requirements:


  • Education: Accounting / Business Administration
  • Proficient in MS Office package, most importantly Excel.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, Italian.
