What you will work on:
- Collaborate closely with the department heads to prioritize and execute the hiring plan
- Own the full recruitment cycle for new openings, from kickoff and job description creation to talent attraction and onboarding
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring best practices are implemented
- Employ datadriven sourcing strategies to attract passive talent
- Track and monitor recruitment KPIs, preparing insightful reports for the wider team
- Extend and negotiate job offers, assist in contract preparation, and oversee new hires' onboarding workflow
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an attractive workplace
- Stay tuned with the latest recruitment trends and tools to optimize our hiring strategies
Requirements:
What you will bring:
- Academic degree in human resources, business administration, digital, or a related field
- 35 years of experience in endtoend recruitment within a digital and/or startup environment
- Experience in hiring for various roles including technical (IT), business, marketing, and operational positions
- Knowledge in Human Resources and experience conducting onboarding processes
- Familiarity with recruitment and HR technologies such as ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and HRIS
- Strong communication, decisionmaking, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
Nice to have:
- Experience in developing employer branding strategies
- Experience in conducting hiring and interview training sessions
- Experience using Workable as ATS and HRIS
