What you will work on:


  • Collaborate closely with the department heads to prioritize and execute the hiring plan
  • Own the full recruitment cycle for new openings, from kickoff and job description creation to talent attraction and onboarding
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring best practices are implemented
  • Employ datadriven sourcing strategies to attract passive talent
  • Track and monitor recruitment KPIs, preparing insightful reports for the wider team
  • Extend and negotiate job offers, assist in contract preparation, and oversee new hires' onboarding workflow
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an attractive workplace
  • Stay tuned with the latest recruitment trends and tools to optimize our hiring strategies

Requirements:


What you will bring:


  • Academic degree in human resources, business administration, digital, or a related field
  • 35 years of experience in endtoend recruitment within a digital and/or startup environment
  • Experience in hiring for various roles including technical (IT), business, marketing, and operational positions
  • Knowledge in Human Resources and experience conducting onboarding processes
  • Familiarity with recruitment and HR technologies such as ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and HRIS
  • Strong communication, decisionmaking, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English

Nice to have:


  • Experience in developing employer branding strategies
  • Experience in conducting hiring and interview training sessions
  • Experience using Workable as ATS and HRIS
