University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) seeks adjunct faculty to teach on-site in Spain in the Accounting, Economics, Finance programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in a dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach courses in Accounting, Economics, and Finance at the undergraduate level.
• Mentor students in research projects and academic writing.
• Develop and implement curriculum materials that align with UMGC's outcomes-based education model.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency in instruction and assessment.
• Evaluate student learning and provide feedback to improve student success.

Requirements:

• A master's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution of higher learning.
• Professional experience in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience teaching adult learners online and in higher education is strongly preferred.
