I'm Olmo, CEO of Qalea. We're looking for our first Growth Hacker to build everything that isn't outbound.
Our cold calling works, I close the deals, and now we need someone to make sure startup founders already know who we are before we pick up the phone.

PR & discoverability:
Get Qalea in relevant media, podcasts, and selected events. Make us show up when someone searches "cybersecurity compliance" - on Google and on ChatGPT.
Experiment relentlessly:
Run fast experiments, kill losers quickly, double down on winners.
Build and manage our partner pipeline: Research and build a database of potential partners (MSPs, consultancies, integrators). Manage outreach, meetings, and follow‑ups. Olmo closes; you keep the machine running.
Turn us into LinkedIn influencers:
Build a cross‑company content strategy (CEO + sales team), produce shareable content - carousels, reaction videos, customer success stories, satirical takes - and make sure founders know Qalea before we ever call them.
Run ABM program:
Coordinate with SDRs to send targeted packages to top accounts - not swag, something clever that becomes a conversation starter.
You'll Excel If You HaveMust‑Haves:
3‑5 years in B2B SaaS growth, marketing, or distribution
Experience building brand awareness or audience from scratch (including LinkedIn)
Video content production (short‑form, testimonials, behind‑the‑scenes)
Comfortable with provocative/edgy brand voice
Has run experiments with documented results (even failed ones)
Fluent in Spanish and English
Nice‑to‑Haves:
Understands technical buyers (CTOs, developers, security leads)
Experience managing partnerships or channel relationships
Experience with SEO and/or AI discoverability (GEO)
Strong copywriting - punchy, short‑form content
Familiar with cybersecurity, compliance, or InfoSec
Has managed ABM or direct mail campaigns
Basic data/analytics skills (LinkedIn analytics, HubSpot, GA)
