Creative Producer with an appetite for Marketing who can lead the production of marketing/product teasers so good that they give you goosebumps watching them:


  • Manage all aspects of a project from beginning to end, including scheduling shoots, hiring talent, and negotiating contracts

A creative producer: who takes a concept and makes it a reality. From generating ideas to assembling the right crew to the final stages of production.

Combine attention to detail with an ability to see the big picture and can make connections between the two
-
A strong leader with +5 years of experience and excellent time management: hires and encourages creative teams to achieve their best.


This is a full-time position, carried out from the comfort of your living room (or wherever you want) or from our amazing offices in Paris, Dubai or Barcelona.

Yeah, we all experienced that boring teacher or stumble on this video with unsubstantiated/crazy theories

So we travel the world with learning designers, and researchers and surround ourselves with top entrepreneurs ( Richard Branson, Marc Simoncini, Fred Mazzella ), top athletes (Mike Horn, Frank Leboeuf), artists (Gad Elmaleh, Barry Osborne, producer of Lord of the Rings and Matrix)..

to reverse engineer their strategies.


Our ambition is to make our trainings and coaching as attractive as watching Netflix and to make success the only option for our clients. (whatever success means for them)


So far, this approach has paid off and has enabled us to exceed 2 million followers on social networks, and to organize online events and training courses attended by thousands of people.

But we wanted more, so we created 2 new brands with international ambitions.


And with them we have 3 dreams:

YOUR MISSION:

-
Your mission will be to lead the production of marketing/product teasers so good that they give you goosebumps watching them.


Under the guidance of the Creative Director or the Head of Content, interfacing with internal teams, you'll be in charge of building a team to produce badass teasers to sell our best products.


- Attract, find and hire great talents & Lead them to Excellence:

-
Source talent from your own network and be proactive to create a machine to attract talent - at Paradox, Hiring is in the hands of the manager more than HR
-
Lead the editor team, and address internal and external feedback.

  • Partner with the Art Director to prioritize projects and build in creativethinking for marketing campaigns
  • Create paper edits from transcripts, review stringouts, communicate direction to editors, and address internal and external feedback in order to systemize greatness.

- Imagine and produce marketing teasers so good that they give you goosebumps watching them
:


  • Following a brief from the marketing department, with your strong sense of narrative and your ability to craft a compelling cohesive structure, you design the first draft of the script.
  • Create a detailed outline of the script within the desired time frame, while staying within the budget
  • Provide direction on music and graphics, including clear concise notes.

- Managing all aspects of Marketing teaser production from beginning to end:


  • Schedule shoots, Schedule all tasks within the video production process, negotiate contracts, bring value and support to the team
  • Manage budgets
  • Oversee all aspects of production including casting, location scoutin
