    European Nurse Recruitment Opportunity

    We are seeking skilled European Nurses to provide premium healthcare services for VIP clients traveling internationally aboard luxury private yachts.

    This unique role combines professional expertise with the excitement of exploring stunning destinations, always following the warmth and sunshine of the season.

    • The United Kingdom: iconic coastlines and picturesque summer escapes.
    • The United States: glamorous destinations like Miami and California.
    • The Caribbean: tropical paradises with turquoise waters and white sandy beaches.
    • France and Monaco: experiencing the elegance of the French Riviera.
    • Marbella: a luxurious gem on Spain's Costa del Sol.
    • Cyprus: year-round sunny climate and rich history.
    • The Greek Islands and Italian Islands: renowned for their stunning landscapes and vibrant culture.
    • The Maldives: an idyllic escape with crystal-clear waters and serene atolls.

    When docked, you'll enjoy overnight stays in high-end hotels, making a meaningful difference in a client's life.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Overnight Care:
    2. Monitor and assess health condition throughout the night.
    3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
    4. Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
    5. Respond promptly to medical emergencies or changes in health.
    6. Travel:
    7. Accompany clients during international travel.
    8. Coordinate with travel team for a smooth experience.
    9. Manage all medical-related aspects of travel, including medication schedules and emergency preparedness.
    10. Liaise with medical professionals at various destinations for continuity of care.

    Essential Experience:

    Minimum 4 years of nursing experience, focusing on personalized care. Overnight care and travel nursing experience highly desirable.

    Availability Requirements:

    Must be available for overnight shifts and travel at short notice.

    Your Role and Benefits:

    Shifts: Work in pairs during night shifts, ensuring excellent care.
    Hours: 9-hour shifts, 6 days a week.
    Rest Days: 1 full day off weekly.

    Application Process:

    1. Step 1: Online Interview (30 minutes) - A simple, stress-free introduction.
    2. Step 2: Face-to-Face Interview (30 minutes) - Held in a convenient European city. Travel costs reimbursed within 15 days.
    3. Step 3: Trial Period - 10 days on the yacht or in a European city, fully compensated based on annual gross salary (£45,000–£60,000 British pounds).

    Requirements:

    1. Nationality: European Passport.
    2. Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) (4 years).
    3. Language Skills: Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
    4. Experience: Minimum 4 years in a hospital setting.

    Competitive Package:

    Annual gross salary of £45,000–£60,000 British pounds, based on experience.
    Generous Leave: 30 days of paid holidays annually.
