- Manage the procurement process for raw materials using SAP, ensuring timely delivery and optimal inventory levels.
- Manage the production planning for Finished goods to fulfil internal and external customer orders
- Utilize SAP to generate purchase orders, and follow their status in partnership with the Suppliers
- Analyze demand forecasts and develop procurement strategies to meet production needs efficiently.
- Collaborate with Purchasing dpt. to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to optimize costs and ensure reliability.
- Monitor supplier performance to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze data, create reports, and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders (Manufacturing Cell) and cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with production plans.
- Required technical background (preferably a degree in engineering).
- Proficient spoken and written English (interview will include an assessment).
- Advanced Excel skills (large volume of data analysis for decision-making, pivot tables, charts, reporting).
- Experience with ERPs is desirable (preferably SAP).
- Speak Spanish fluently is mandatory
- Must reside in the greater Bilbao area.
- Own vehicle required.
