Jira Service Management Specialist - Madrid, SpainHybrid working - 2 days in the office per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement workflows on Jira Service Management (JSM) for IT and other business functions.
Customize Jira workflows, screens, fields, permissions, and notifications.
Configure service desk projects, SLAs, queues, and automation rules.
Integrate Jira with other platforms (e.g., SAP, Azure) and use REST APIs for automation.
Administer Jira and JSM instances, including user management and project configurations.
Create technical documentation and deliver end-user training.
Evaluate and implement Atlassian Marketplace apps.
Stay current with Jira/JSM best practices and new features.
Required Experience:
5+ years implementing processes in Jira and/or Jira Service Management.
Strong knowledge of Jira customization (workflows, permissions, notifications).
Experience with Automation for Jira, ScriptRunner, and Jira REST APIs.
Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP) preferred.
Familiarity with integrations and programming (Groovy or Python is a plus).
ITSM implementation or migration experience is advantageous.
