AI / Programmer (UE5):

We are looking for a qualified and passionate AI Programmer with experience in UE5 to join our team.

If you are an expert in AI and video game development, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of exceptional gaming experiences.

Minimum requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience with Unreal Engine
Strong programming skills in C++ and proficiency in using Unreal Engine Blueprints.
Deep understanding and experience in implementing AI principles and techniques, including behavior trees, state machines, EQS, and more.
Proven experience in the successful development of AI systems for video games.
Ability to work effectively in a team and proactively collaborate in an agile development environment.
Excellent communication skills, especially in remote contexts, to ensure effective collaboration.
Skill in efficiently addressing and resolving problems related to AI implementation

Duties

Collaborate closely with designers and developers to craft AI behaviors, enhancing game immersion and playability.
Implement efficient and effective AI systems utilizing Unreal Engine 5 capabilities.
Optimize algorithms and AI logic for optimal game performance, particularly in complex environments.
Integrate AI systems seamlessly into the game engine, ensuring cohesion with other development aspects.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure consistent and errorfree AI behaviors.
Contribute to design decisions by providing technical insights into AI capabilities and limitations.
Clearly document developed AI systems to facilitate understanding and future maintenance.
