Your mission:


Coordinate the Service Delivery of the Control Order to Cash (OTC) Retail Front Office transferred activities in Vitoria Business Services (VBS) Site in line with the SWE Credit Policies, OTC process flows and defined DTP's.


Responsibilities:


_ Your day to day with us:_

  • Management of the receivables of the customers assigned in the Retail channel in Spain.
  • Ensure OTC processes are followed in line with the defined process flows and DTP's and that results are in line with defined SLA's and KPI's.
  • Support hiring of contractors or temporary backfills for annual leave or special projects. Train them based on DTP's, narratives and workflows.
  • Active networking and collaborate with Key Account Managers and Supply Chain in order to solve customer charges and complaints.
  • Support compliance with Spain and Vitoria legal and tax requirements.
  • Comply with PepsiCo's policies & guidelines and with SWE Credit and Collection polices and procedures.
  • Follow GCS framework and properly execute the Key Controls assigned to him/her.
  • Support and provide input for corporate audits when required by the RO.

Qualifications:

_ What will you need to succeed?:_

  • Min. 1 year in Control OTC/Shared Services/service integration environment
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office with a proven solid level in Excel.
  • Intermediate level of English and fluent in Spanish.
  • Organizational capacity, planning and time management.
  • Initiative to manage assigned tasks, analyze scenarios and solve problems.
  • Focused on customer service.
  • Experience in SAP and Sales systems is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of the Retail market, customer structures and key players in Spain is a plus.
