Reporting into our SVP of Specialised Solutions Europe, you will have ultimate responsibility for development and successful execution of our aggregate multi-year European Operations Plan for the GCC Area (Vendor, Customer, Portfolio).

Expected travel of 50% +.

Your role involves:

Developing and executing the AOP, value propositions, and tactical quarterly plans
Maintaining main partnerships (Vendor and Customers) to enable the plan
Identifying, evaluating and helping to close possible acquisitions to accelerate the plan
Ownership of the execution of European suboperations plan, achieving quarterly and annual business objectives
Driving the building of programs and campaigns for execution across multiple countries
Engaging with Country Management exec teams in quarterly reviews and planning sessions
Presenting at public events to audiences of different levels and capabilities and being a visible thought leader of the applicable focus in the IT channel

Your knowledge, skills and experience

10 to 15 years of relevant experience to include managing, supervising and building solid, effective relationships
Master's/postgraduate Degree with MBA Field of Study preferred
Strong multicultural interpersonal skills to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards
Dynamic and communicative leader with sensitivity to other's needs, concerns, and feelings
Negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions
Create and conduct formal presentations, interacting with all levels of management.
Work independently with highly effective analytical, organizational and time management skills
Constructive under pressure with efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail
Communicate necessary information clearly and maintain confidentiality
